Self-review Policy

Earth & Life (EL) has a revolutionary self-review policy, which gives the author the right to find an expert in the same or similar field with publications to review one’s manuscript. The reviewer is assumed carefully to review the manuscript and send an email to the journal to declare that he has review the manuscript and consider it to deserve to be published, and that he is aware that the reviewer’s name will appear at the end of the published paper.

Otherwise, the author is required to provide one to three researchers in the same or similar fields as potential reviewers and their email addresses. The journal will possibly consult them or ask them to review one’s manuscript. In this case, the author is expected to provide the payment to the reviewers, 30 Chinese Yuan or 4 US $ per page, to:

Payment should be completed in one month after publication ).  Payment is not the precondition of publication.

The goal of the revolutionary self-reviewing policy is to guarantee academic freedom to the maximal extent. Unless a paper contains unquestionable academic or writing errors, it has the right to be published in time. Every scientist has the right to publish his/her own research results and academic opinions in time, on the condition that they are clearly expressed.
